@Behemeth It is possible for both players to be unskulled if they were previously in combat with another and had lost their skull. I've done this many times on PvP World's. Something to do with either reloading after someone skulls and then either waits the timer or loses skull and the other player doesn't logout.

7:20 non skull trick is because the PVMER hit the PKER first, and then the PVMER lost his skull, went back, and the PKER wont skull on you now but once the PVMER hits the PKER the PVMER will be skulled again even though the PKER hit the PVMER first, its a bug thats been in rs since 2001.. TL;DR PVMER hit PKER PVMER lost skull PKER came back HIT PVMER - NO SKULL because pvmer hit pker FIRST before losing skull. Only way for someone to reskull is if PVMER hits PKER back.

I think we should revisit ALL things that either had over 70% in the past when it was 75% and also things that failed currently by less than 5%. Most of the players still wanted those things, some people just spite down vote stuff.... It's fairly annoying. Also, I want to see the results as we go.
