I have been in Poles corner since Day 1. He strikes me as the real deal. Solid to the core. I think he had a little rough go early with that 1st FA that didnt pass the physical & then perhaps a slight underestimation of the value of the Buffalo OG while the team & public had to wait a full week, just to find out we got outbid. We didn't lost by much, so perhaps we should have had a higher value if we were going to tie up that week long time & truly compete. Having said all of that, I have liked every move since. I like his style, hard work, intelligence & calm demeanor. He appears a little more confident in public than Pace was. We have to get the lines fixed, of course, but we need to stay the course. I think we are on track & there is time.

I know it's unpopular but I really hope that the Bears draft RB Bijan Robinson if Jalen Carter is gone. They need a playmaker (someone who can account for double digit td's). I know everyone is feeling good about DJ Moore and the receiving corps but look at all skill positions, Tonyan is the only one who has a season in his career with double digit td's and that was once with a first ballot HOF'er. Fields still needs offensive weapons, don't be fooled into thinking these value adds are playmakers.
