Fun Fact: its so weird but the cameraman still alive while you drive the car to the doctor, open the trunk use the rifle and aim at his face, the eyes are moving and if u shoot he screams Lol

That's just a technicality, the NPC has to be alive to be able to play an animation (the arm hanging out if the trunk lid pops open).
