GTA 4 has aged so well. Still love this game even after 16 years.

Really love how in IV the cutscenes are shot in one continuous take unlike V/RDR2, where the characters teleport all around the place when out of frame for more cinematic feel.
@MolinariDC22 ай бұрын
I mean, there are some cutscenes in rdr2 that are the same thing sometimes, like American Venom we don't see Dutch making a gun trick to holster it, it's off camera
@coenisgreat25 күн бұрын
This was because of the technology of Scene Capture at the time didn't allow for editing, so a cutscene had to be recorded, and then played, all in one take, and any flub or error meant it had to be started again. the same happened with Red Dead Redemption 1. Technology has advanced since then to allow those kinds of changes.

Fun Fact: its so weird but the cameraman still alive while you drive the car to the doctor, open the trunk use the rifle and aim at his face, the eyes are moving and if u shoot he screams Lol
@whatever570103 ай бұрын
yep, as seen in my 11 year old all possibilities video

That's just a technicality, the NPC has to be alive to be able to play an animation (the arm hanging out if the trunk lid pops open).
