As a former contestant, it was a lot of fun watching this video. Maggie, Glenn, and Corina were wonderful to work with - fun, encouraging, and energetic.

It's so wonderful to see Maggie, Corina and Glenn again! Even though they welcome two dozen players to the show every week, they made me feel so special as a contestant - as if they were as excited for me to be on the show as I was to be there. The three of them, as well as Robert who wasn't featured in this video, are amazing at what they do and I'm delighted to see them featured and applauded here.

So they play a full rehearsal game before the show?

Not an entire game, no. In general each of the dozen contestants in the studio on a taping day get two trips up to the stage during rehearsal. When the coordinators feel someone is comfortable and has the hang of things they'll pull that player back to the audience and send someone else up in their place. If memory serves during an average rehearsal they'll go through three boards of material, with Daily Doubles and Final Jeopardy included.

According to J-Archive, yes! She played in Julia's fifth game, so she's a very recent contestant.
