I used to have Dish and I hated it for those very reasons. I, therefore, switched to Directv and, with the exception of inclement weather like snow building up on the dish itself, I am very pleased with it.

I love this show! Somehow the casts' great vibes comes out of the screen and you can really feel it making the show very "real" and effective. There is an authentic atmosphere of team work and camaraderie adding to the intensity of drama and suspense! All the actors are great in portraying the characters they play! Good on'ya guys!

I am Scottish too! My point is, no matter where you're from or whether your name is the original spelling or not, his name is spelled McCallum. He probably had to drop the 'a' in Mac to simplify matters. Actors had to do things like that years ago. Especially if you were working overseas. What I am saying here is, as they obviously didn't know enough to know the correct pronounciation of Abby's last name, but they obviously didn't bother to check on the correct spelling of David's name.

@Marin Prior-Was a film student in college, learned special effects. Every entertainment reporter at one time or another mispronounces the character names they are interviewing but the producers put it on the air anyway. These reporters need to practice enunciating names but they never have

Damn NCIS has a came a long way, now on its 9th season, and still strong as an ox. It is my number one fav. The only thing I didn't like is how they "upgraded" the camera for filming in Season 8, I prefer the screen look of season 6 and 7 over how they look now. It is still my favorite crime drama. Episodes like, "Life Before his Eyes", makes me prowd to watch NCIS since "Yankee White" the first episode.
