One of my favourite facts about the saxons is that they were so hated in Europe that there are at least 3 mytho-historical kings that are known to their people as Saxon slayers (Arthur, Siegfried, Charlemagne)

Funfact: PHH Vortigern manage to survive and absorb UNSEALED Excalibur and needed Unsealed Rhongominiad with anti mystery to be defeated. Does that mean he is sefar lvl? No Unsealed Excalibur strength depends on how much of a threat its opponent to humanity as the planet is the one that is giving it mana while here its Artoria's mana that is being used to power it. How is it the Unsealed version you ask? When Artoria fought Vortigern The Knights of the roundtable haven't been formed yet and the seal was created when the roundtable is formed.

But Artoria's Excalibur has no Seals, Arthur's does (see his NP lines for example) For Artoria it's Rhongominiad which needs to be unsealed not Excalibur

Artoria and Arthur Excalibur are different and probably the restraints too considering that Arthur restraints seems to be more powerful but you'd be stupid to say Artoria A++ Excalibur has no restraints the same Excalibur who one shot Sefar who ended the age of the gods its COMMON SENSE that Artoria Excalibur has restraints because it is stated to have it and it would make no sense that a mere A++ ended Sefar. Also in some events in fgo she released some restraints.
