I love the idea of taking on a project that I know nothing about!. Learning "like a child" has got to produce so much more interesting and unique images that shooting something one already knows all about. Great conversation!

I agree. The idea capturing your own introduction / learning of a subject has to bring a unique viewpoint to those who end up being viewers of the images.
