Why do we need another handheld device? Easy. It's the same as car manufacturers making new cars every year. If you already bought one, the next year's model isn't for you. It's marketed towards those who haven't bought one yet, or their current car is much older. Enjoy your current handheld until it no longer meets your needs.

I’ll just say this idea here. You know how portable power tools have swappable batteries that just clip in? Why not use that same concept and have it on the center of the console?
