I love this song and your presentation for it is so soothing and lovely. Looks like you posted it the year of my Dad & Mom's funeral (they passed away 10 days apart). I chose this as the communion song for my Dad's. It has a special place in my heart because of this and also just because is such a song of great love describing the profound generosity of a loving God.

"Hymns" like this increase my disdain for that miserable Vatican II.

(Please read to END) I'm wondering if you've actually read the V-II documents. Also have you researched how Latin Masses were in most churches not properly participated in before V-II?. People weren't following the meaning of the Liturgy. They were for the majority of people, at best saying the Rosary, or worse, zoned out. The Church needed reforms, but V-II did not stop the Latin, the priest's orientation, did not change the liturgy other than allowing the language of the people to be used, though all those happened by people taking advantage of the changes and goiing much further than V-II ever was meant to do. Sad. I love my parish's VERY reverent Novus Ordo Masses here in AZ. But traditional Catholics should be able to have them! I know many people who love the Latin Mass ❤
