Thanks, I never read the manual on mine and didn't realise you could set it up as 8 separate sources through 8 separate amps. I have 6 aux sends on my desk, so this is ideal to set up 6 different fold back mixes for upto 6 people in my studio and still have 2 channels left over!

This is how i do it. If you have a outboard mixer, use your aux sends NO.1 to send your instruments to the headphoneamp. Go into the main input 1 left. That will let you hear the new instruments to be recorded on all of the headphones. Adjust the mix of those instruments with the aux no.1 knob on each channel on your mixer. Plug your playback from computer into headph main no.1 right. You'll hear playback and new instruments.

I'll tell you. Its two main inputs are useless. The seperate ins on the back are only for each headphone out that correspond to it. In other words, you plug into it and you hear only your plug in. Each channel is seperate... WHY !!! ????? When the back aux inputs are plugged into , it turns off the main inputs, WHY !!!!!!!!!! ????? YOU can't use both main inputs at the same time, you must toggle between them,,, WHY !!!!!!!!!! ?????? 50 cents worth of parts could have fixed this.

jf99151 it gives you the flexibility of using a lot of different mixes for different musicians and you can toggle between them. Why would you want 2 mixes at the same time?
