Ordered one of these last week and it arrived yesterday, i've been using it a lot in the last 24 hours and it's a huge upgrade over the Neewer 48v PSU for using XLR Condenser microphones, I use a BM800 it was too quiet with the Neewer PSU, but with the UMC22 it's quality is much better, clearer and cleaner, it also doesn't buzz in my headphones when you turn up the gain, it also doesn't have as much noisy interference and stuff when generally using the mic. I recorded a couple videos and talked to some friends on Discord yesterday, much better quality. If you're on a budget like I am and even with a cheap XLR mic, definitely look into this one

@Podcastage7 жыл бұрын
You sure about not wanting a pewdiepie shirt? How about a Logan Paul or Jake Paul shirt?
@Podcastage7 жыл бұрын
Andrew M. Sheppard that's true but there are two things to consider here. You still need the money to purchase the expensive gear, and depending on how you're doing accounting, once you hit a threshold you will need to amortize the expense rather than have a single large write off. It's gets very complicated. But trust me when I say, I'm doing everything in my power to ensure I'm able to continue making these videos, and not just about $20 mics.

Hello. So I recently just bought this model and I have the BM800 microphone. As the microphone, it came with an XLR to 3.5mm cable. I bought a 6.35mm adapter and I connected it to the microphone's 3.5mm cable. Then, I connected it to the first line of the interface, which used for microphone. Turned on the phantom power off and on, still no signal coming from the mic. Do I need an XLR male to female cable to make it works? Thank you very much!
@MeTuLHeD7 жыл бұрын
Rockin' that mix bro!!! :D Grieving the sticker. :( By the way, reliability is not much of an issue with Behringer's audio gear. They have thousands of X-32 mixers out in professional use every day. I use one on a daily basis and it has had zero problems now going on four years. And I know numerous people who use their various recording interfaces and have no issues. In my opinion, the gear which hurt their reputation was the Bugera line of guitar amps, which had an unusually high failure rate. I also have one of their old Eurodesk series mixers which has been in constant service as a PA mixer and in audio for video editing in our second system for over ten years and it is still going strong. Too bad that the Bugera debacle has damaged their name.

Can I record from a turntable to create an mp3 file using this audio interface?
@alexovercast335926 күн бұрын
There are better options for this. I’d use a dedicated phono preamp with usb option. That being said the interface that’s one step up from this has two identical line inputs that can be used to record a turntable (assuming, of course, you have a phono preamp, dj mixer or a turntable that will put out line signal).
