Don't worry, it's not mispronounced. It's Yiddish, not German, and that's how the word for beautiful is pronounced. It's originally a song written in Yiddish. When the Andrews Sisters released an English version, the title was "Germanized", it should have been "Bei mir bistu shein" as a transliteration.

I honestly can't find a single flaw in this masterpiece. It makes me feel wanted, the animation is perfect, Rebecca animated mouths, the instruments which are already perfect are lifted even higher by her perfect voice. I'm writing a book and this song is in my playlist for writing music but the moment I hear it start I stop writing and watch it and replay it. Also, that little piano bit at 1:47 is one of my favourite musical moments ever. I don't know why. It just is.
