She would text me EVERYDAY and it would go on for hours. One time she told me she had stds and was diabetic (though skinny figure). When we went out it was in a group setting, and she asked me if i deleted her of snapchat ( which yes i did) , and then she gets on me telling me that " you avoiding me is whats driving me away from you" apparently i was scolded for not being around all the time to see her. And she told me that she was thinking about giving us a chance but now she saw through my actions and says the trust she had with me will never be the same, and didn't want anything to do with me, and said " as friend you were one of a kind, you were always on my mind" And she did end our conversation by telling me that she had to leave because her boyfriend was coming home, then said that she couldn't message me anymore because her boyfriend is asking questions about me. So when i ignored her, she used that same line to me " Just because i cant message you doesn't mean that i dont want to see you" And then she sent me sexy pictures of herself. Well now she told me she lost all feelings for me right after telling me that she and her boyfriend were talking about marriage. Then says " no more entertaining guys, no more being constantly scared" ( of her boyfriend checking up on her phone) And then proceeds to tell me this: " If you leave , then i would like for us to end all communications whatsoever" So this lady was my coworker and she knew i was planning on leaving and so i did that Oh and she blocked me on social media And finally she told me she was done being friends with me after i messaged her about how she really felt and told me it was pissing her off. This lady was confusing as hell! But i didn't realize that i was being manipulated this entire time (3 months). But one thing she did say to me was that her boyfriend didn't want marriage so the relationship of 5 years was turning blue, so she used me for attention. Oh yeah and one thing she said to me which i think was a big lie was "Youre the only one i talk to" I actually foolishly thought i had a chance with her since her language communicated that she likes me, but yeah i was always out of the picture whenever "her boyfriend" came around. She had me lined up as the next boyfriend while talking to me alot behind her boyfriends back thus showing no integrity and threatening her boyfriend with a possible cheating on him and breaking up with him. She she actually wished that i pursued her and put in effort between us. In other words: Please be a disrespectful man and come between me and my man and take me away with you. I was NOT going to do that.

Hey Coach, I'm a total newb when it comes to relationships and I'm in my 30s. My first girlfriend ever wanted to move in with me at one point but just before doing so went back home 3000 miles across country. We never discussed anything being official but when we first met she told me about her ex boyfriend who actually tried to kill her. I sent her a needy email when she did not come home on time as expected and I bassically gave her an ultimatum saying I could not live with the fact that there was somebody else, especially someone so dangerous. I was genuinely concerned for her safety but at the same time I was jealous of this other guy and of where her affections truly lied. I should have just walked away and never looked back but it being my first girlfriend (and an incredibly beautiful one at that) I pined away for months over the internet obsessively. I feel like I did the right thing, but I did not follow through with my convictions because the emotional pain I put myself through was just unbearable. Thankfully we are still on speaking terms but now she is with an old ex (not the killer) with whom she is in an open relationship with. I guess I was letting her know I didn't want to be that guy, but then again they have been on and off for over 6 years now and he's the one that gets to spend the most time with her. I know I should be dating other women, but it's just so hard when you fall in love for the first time. I just feel so incredibly needy being the age I am and never being in any kind of long term or serious relationship. I guess I should just drop the label and play ball as you say.

There is something that I don't understand. But I think in one of Coach's videos, he said to ask the girl you are interested with, then if she said "she has a boyfriend", you just answer,"ok great! Let me know if it doesnt work, I'd love to take you out for dinner". Then leave it at that and wait for her to reach out again. At the same time, move on with another woman.

So I’d go no contact here. When she reaches out to you next you invite her to your house and have a date (hangout, have fun, hook-up). If she is resistant to going to your house and against a romantic relationship with you, then tell her to get in touch when she’s ready for a romantic relationship again, or when she’s ready to hang out in a romantic capacity.

Great question. Not being a second option just means apply ‘no contact’. You don’t have to block their number or social media or anything. That way you get to leave the door open but also not pursue them. If they hit you up then just ask to hang out the first two times they text you. Make sure to call when asking them out. If they say no the first two times they’ll probably never reach out again. If they do just act busy and don’t talk long... they’ll get the message. And if they miraculously ask you to hang out after all that then game on! As for me, my ex hurt me about as bad as she could. Basically took the apartment, took the dog, my savings, got an abortion AND started fucking another guy immediately. I STILL haven’t blocked her. And you want to know why? Because I want her to see me win. I want her to see me get better and better while her looks hit the wall in six or seven years. I’ll undergo continuous self-improvement. She’ll get to take a sideline to MY life. And in the meantime I’ll date a hotter/younger women to build a future with while she’s miserable with her shitty life decisions. All she is to me at this point is a reminder to stay motivated.

He's talking about making the ex earn you back. Other videos he talks about if you apply these principles even if the ex does come back you realize they aren't gonna be girlfriend material. So ultimately you flip the script and that ex becomes optional for you. Thus, a sex playmate. Options are for relationship options. Keep the door open is just to hang out have fun and hook up, if you haven't found someone better.

A high quality woman won’t be dating/cheating on their ex/boyfriend while they date someone else behind the ex/boyfriends back because they don’t like how things are going. Instead the woman will communicate or express what she wants or what the issue is. If those needs aren’t met then she will break up and wait a couple months to heal before she meets someone new. If you are a possible replacement or backup while she has boyfriend or dates ex, then she would do the same to you if you were in a relationship with her.
