That is WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to pay a salon!!!
@CeltycSparrow2 жыл бұрын
Honestly, if I am paying someone $650 to color my hair, and I am sitting in the chair for SEVEN HOURS while the do my hair, I am going to be absolutely happy when I see the finished hair or I am not giving you the $650. According to the stylist, she paid $650 for 2 sessions and she only had one. When she left the salon, she was happy with the hair, but if there WAS a problem with the color, why didn't she just simply say to the lady " Look...when I got home and really looked at my hair, I see things that I am not perfectly happy with. I do have this second session that I paid for, and I am not happy with the color. Can you please make some time in your schedule and fix it for me. This is what I am not happy with." and show the stylist what the problem is. Instead, she just storms in and DEMANDS half the money back and didn't even give the lady a chance to fix it. And considering she came in with black and orange badly damaged hair, I'd say the color came out pretty good. Its very subtle highlights in the blonde. To hear her talk, I was expecting her to look 10 times worse. Like tacky, ugly highlights of green in brassy blonde hair, with the ends all frizzy and damaged. I think the ruling was absolutely fair.

Going from black to blonde, I would never do it myself. Only professionals touch my hair.

FACTS! No dark / light 2 toned hair at bank job Unless you KNOW it's within dress code. A good friend would have stopped her or helped her get it right.

All those treatments to get your hair looking great? 👍 the professional hair folks, their time and expertise is invaluable!! a highly trained haircolorist and hair stylist is invaluable because "the rest of us have to look at you" as my friend, a professional beauty blogger, would say🤭

Facts... But She was freaking out because her bank job was NOT having it. Keep in mind the price was so high because it took HOURS and 2 part process to fix her CHEAP box hair color attempt at home. She should have just bought a wig until she could "fix" it herself. ( It could have been worst were she ended up bald )

Girl that was a fair judgement; you should’ve let her furnish the job then, if you weren’t happy, file a suit.

If you found this case interesting, there are so many channels devoted to stylists describing clients who do not seem to understand that it is often difficult or nearly impossible to achieve the hair colours that they want. Furthermore, it often takes several sessions to get a particular hair colour. I just found it interesting to hear the stylists' experiences.

Hair gets damaged in different places during all the processing. Hair on the ends are years old compared to the nearer the scalp. The stylist was exactly right: hair has history. It’s not just the recent colour that needed to be removed but all the previous things we don’t know. People can’t expect miracles.

I have colored my hair at home and decided to go to a professional at a salon to get it done. They were going to that process Balyage..? I was shocked with how I ended up with the final product, I said it is not what I expected and it was very bright. The salon said they would redo it but by the time I was able to get in they did not have any appointments. I got my money back and went someplace else that does 1 all over color and spend 1/3 of what the big salon charged me. I will NOT be going back to that salon.
