I don't know what it is with you and your energy but you bring peace to the soul directly. I hate comparing two ppl, especially 2 siblings, but this time I would like to. Liz brings out the motivation, the motion, the life, the strenght in me, and you Sabina bring out peace, thoughtfullness, deep meaning, soul healing in a totally different way. I think Sab’s personality is softer, Liz more aggressive (in the best way of course!). But in total honesty, I think it’s too similar to what Liz is doing, just in a more uncertain and vulnerable delivery, which I’m sure it would resonate with a specific group of people. I love the message. Maybe you can make a video on steps and journey you have personally experienced on your path of finding yourself. And if you paint as you talk, put the painting in the screen too!! So we can see the progress! Thank you for your amazing advice:)

Very good video. I can relate to this very much. I am 27 and what feels weird is the fact that I am in this age I used to consider as old when I was very young, but now I don’t even feel mature enough. I feel like I have been really learning about myself for the past year only. I am going under proper reconstruction of my life. And I am also considering going off social media, because it’s hard to hear your intuition if you are feeling strong emotions and constantly listening to multiple people online.

You know what is the crazy thing about people pleasing? When I was a child I used to always think of myself as someone who has to live to make others happy and avoid conflicts for all cost. That's why, when I understood that I am transgender in my childhood, I kept it for many years from them, because I did not want to break the family and upset anyone. Instead I was living all my adolescence in deep pain and hatered towards my body and my life. I told them when I was 15, only because I knew I couldn't live any longer like this. It was a lot, but it got better with time. I was finally living, breathing fully - I felt free. It was the first time I standed up for what I wanted and it really saved my life. I really like your channel, your videos are comforting, healing, they bring me peace and help me reflect on my own life journey

This is such a common concept actually, people underestimate how heavy it is to live with this urge to be authentic but not being able to because of societal pressure. It's something multiple of my clients struggle with and redesigning their life eventually leads them to live the way they want. Advice from a friend, I think you should stop pleasing everyone around you. Discover yourself on your own. Don’t live in the shadow of your sister.
