I still can not believe Lester has not gone viral, or is he the only one that went free since his teachings ... Till Now I have not seen any of his followers be free... Not One Single One... Including Me... What Happened... I know Most of The teachers if not All... What Happened? :( Lester if You are an Omnipresent answer or does it matter? Just Asking My Brother ( the rest of me). :)

This is easy. The answer is based on intentions of men, on awarness level and personal aims. If a person wants make better the circumstances of his/her life s/he can do it. But it won't be an ultimate attainment. Lester aimed higher so he attained somethint higher, higher state of being, higher consciousness. These popular teachers do knew the method, but their purposes were not such high. And it is the end explanation why they do not attain so high goals. They do feel the importance of the basic and material. The method is not imposing goals onto a person. It is freedom here. Anyone can choose the level of aiming. And that "that so famous teachers..".. There are many famous persons with low level of personal consciousness. And there are some nearly not known persons whose level of awarness is highly spiritual. So the freedom level attained by practitioners can vary largely. You can easily imagine who can attain what.

There is actually quiete a few of his students who are free, but it does require a certain Self recognition in yourself to see it in others. As lester said it takes one to know one ;)

This is how Lester Levenson healed his body. The more we can linger in the present moment as no body, no one, no thing, no where, in no time, the more integrated and coherent our brain becomes. This is when the autonomic nervous system steps in and begins to heal the body-because our consciousness merges with its consciousness.

A problem with releasing "all the time" is that it tends you put you deeper into the made up story of who you are. I was extremely high on life for months, then decided to go all in with letting go. I did what Lester tell us to do, I released all the time, all day long. But, it put me back into the story I almost completely had left and put me deeper in identification with the mind.
