WHO AM I THOUGH?
I am a television and film actress who ventured out into digital content creation with SHITTY IDEAS TRENDING. This venture is thanks to my elder daughter Areeza (2012), who drove me to start my own business so as to spend the maximum time with her. I also am a mother to an adorable son, Arham (2019) who keeps me on my toes all the time! I continue to challenge myself and to reinvent myself and most of my ideologies and thoughts regarding parenting are based on the Waldorf Education Method devised by Rudolf Steiner. I am a certified Waldorf educationist. I also am an Instagram mommy blogger. I also have a channel called BE SAFE where we create videos on how to be safe online. But most importantly I am somebody who wants to make a difference by sharing my experience and my research on various matters relevant in today’s time like motherhood, pregnancy, fitness, health, postpartum fitness, breastfeeding, parenting and life. I’m inquisitive by nature and do not settle till I find the answers I’m looking for.

People, she was eating multiple times but she's doing a wonderful job at portion control. 1/2 thepla + 1 egg anda bhurji + Coffee 2 small nachni roti with chicken curry and rajma curry + salad Fruits + Dey Fruits Chole curry with Pav + corn flakes and boiled egg. On the whole, she is having more protein in each meal and is including fruits and veggies at every instance. Carbs are all whole grains or millets and sweet tooth cravings are met through fruits, nuts and corn flakes. This schedule and quality of food on its own is an amazing feat to achieve.

Yei chavvi you are eating an early dinner like an American 🤗 I am a south Indian and my husband is an American and when I came to see him in the US the first time (when he was my boyfriend) I was so shocked at how early he and his family ate dinner. Usually by 5.30 they have dinner. Looking at your what I eat in a day reminded me of that. Btw love your vlogs and I can't seem to get enough of it. It'll be so nice if you could do more of what I eat in a day videos ❤️❤️❤️ lots of love, varsha

Hello Chavi..✋🏻 I started watching ur vlogs when I got detected with Breast cancer(last year). I am “breast cancer survivor”.. Finished my radiations in the month of November-22, staying in USA Really u r an amazing & inspirational person 👏👏 I also daily take smoothies as my breakfast meal… I guess link for it is missing… Any help would be appreciated thank you ❤❤

Really blessed with high metabolism, eating so much and even then thin. PS: bahut log proper gym karke n appropriately kha ke bhi weight loose nahi kar rahe

There’s no reason for cancer n there are many reasons for cancer. I use food Grade plastic n nothing in my house is microwaved in plastics.

Truly said chavi ji.. Even people with best of lifestyle have got cancer.. Cancer happens at cellular level of course good hygiene and maintaining well lifestyle is a part of of it but it won't guarantee anything.
