This CD is very calming kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq the first meditation focuses on breathing, the second guides you through the Buddhist metta bhavana--loving kindness to all, and the third is a meditation to be used when walking. him is originally from Scotland, so there is a little accent to his voice, but it is very soothing and not at all distracting. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

The first time I watched Jim Kwik's brain related interview through an ad and the first time I watched Be Inspired's video.. That changed almost all aspects of my life. It's been 6 months now and I just graduated from high school with above average grade, my room is almost clean all the time, I lost weight from being obese, I always wake up early and I am satisfied because it feels so nice to change the way I did when I started to follow the tips this channel is giving me. O'SSEIN - Waking up early is an interesting one. A lot of people say that you have to wake up early to be successful, What if that's not entirely true! Everyone is different in the ways of productivity some people are more creative/productive at night or in the middle of the day, others early in the morning. We need to find what works for us when do we have to most energy to produce results. We all have our own sleeping rhythms for feeling tired and waking up (naturally part of that comes from sleeping habits such as when you go to bed, bed time routines etc) The natural sleeping rhythm our species has comes from waking up when the sun rises and sets! Though we have screwed that up due to the demanding efforts on increasing production, resources, profits etc. Have wonderful day to you all. :)

Millionaires and successful people are not people who never fail, but people who never quit. If you want to be a millionaire, then think like one, act like one, and live like one. Maybe you guys might have seen me on other videos but anytime I write a comment, I always tell my story with it so people know why I am saying what I am saying :) - also to keep inspiring other people because for me, reading other people's success journey is so motivating. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

For me success is defined by happiness and peace of mind, not wealth, wealth is an illusion, you can travel the world without being wealthy, if you really want wealth then all you need is focus and determination but I would rather be happy than rich, the cost of wealth is too high, we trade money for time, yet time is never for sale, as we age we realise that time has more value than money and things that glitter and sparkle all fade over time, I am not saying that you are wrong to follow your dreams and live your life the way you are and I would also like to congratulate you on your success of achieving your dreams, at the end of the day all we have are memories so enjoy your journey while you have the time.

Yes..There will be so much unexpectes bullshit.A lot.Get through it,and you can do it! Am I millionaire? Not yet. But I will be,and I wish all the people whose are reading this comment.

Actually getting it all was like his whole world and ideology being pulled out from under him. He didn't really enjoy his wealth and the things it bought him very quickly became just normal and unexciting for him. His marriage failed because he had little time for her and had started feeling more and more emotionally numb, even with his friends too, and that likely tipped him over the edge :(

When I saw Jim qwick for the first time on KZbin I thought this guy will not make it or is not too influencing but to my surprise I think I was wrong. This guy is brilliant. I subscribed to his channel video of reading fast l realise that I need to pay closer attention to the stuff he is teaching. it's life changing habits. Thank you so much Sir for this valuable information. I think you are great person. And I recommend every youth to follow your advice.

It's very true about the dream state. When I'm trying to work something out, i always find the solution comes to me in my dreams. When i was going through a period of stress and not sleeping, or only sleeping 4 hours a night, my brain shut down. I couldn't think straight or solve problems.

Most time having knowledge or insight about a particular activity can as well be a pleasing exercise. I can boldly say that forex and crypto trading is one of the profitable money exchange services that elevates investors and their financial status.

That's true most people today have been having a lot of failures in forex and crypto sector because of poor orientation and bad experts

I'm gradually working on doing all of these, the 2 that I'm having trouble with are sleep, and having my phone away from me when I sleep. Protect yourself, and be careful what you out into your body, mind, and soul as well. It can not only affect you, but also those around you.
