here was the routine for anyone who wants it: -recall your dreams -make the bed -have a glass of water (& take supplements) -breathing -meditation (~20min) -intense movement (1-2min, crunches/jumping jacks/etc) -cold shower -make tea -journal -make to-do list (try for 3 work related and 3 personal tasks accomplished every day) -make "to-feel" list (like designing what feelings you have throughout the day) -make "to-be" list (who you want to be today) -read (20-30min) -make smoothie -brain training (online learning)

And after that I moisturize my skin with different creams. If needed I shave and cut my nails. 07:00 = Make myself a cup of tee, either it’s green tea or black tea. And I have oatmeal with fresh berries as breakfast. 07:15 = After I’m done with my breakfast, I take additional vitamin/mineral supplements, mostly Vitamin E and Iron. Then I go upstairs again to get dressed and brush my teeth. 07:40 = After I’m all dressed up, and I’ve brushed my teeth, I choose out my accessories such as what watch to wear and what fragrance to wear for the day. 07:50 = Prepare all my documents that I need for the day, quickly check if I have any Emails, and I write down the things I need to finish at work/at home. 08:00 = Take on my shoes, my jacket, my car keys and out the door I go. I walk straight to the elevator. 08:05 = Right about now I’m inside the garage, I enter my car and my morning routine is complete. I live in Manhattan, and my workplace isn’t that far away from my home, about 10 minutes. But, the typical New York traffic makes it about 25 minutes. So I typically arrive at work around 08:30.

If you make your bed right away, you can get mites because it is still warm... Wait about an hour so the sheets can cool down before making it. It can still be part of your routine :)
@aidanclips81833 жыл бұрын
So for anyone reading this comment, This is both completely false and completely true.. 1.) Yes leaving your bed unmade can kill dust mites, but so does making your bed, they're actually more likely to die from the heat than the cold, it's really just about removing moisture and practically nothing to do about the heat, and cold air doesn't remove moisture all that much quicker it's just that you're more likely to leave more areas exposed to the air to dry "quicker" 2.) You cannot get mites by not making your bed, I'm sorry to tell you this but you already have mites, you will always have mites, they feast on your dead skin, the skin that falls off of your body at night, it's normal and it's being replaced constantly with new fresher skin so don't worry about it, you can not get rid of millions of microscopic mites, they have extremely short lifespans and will die by the end of the day in most cases unless you've wet the bed somehow as that could stay moist for far far longer than some night sweats! TLDR; Yes waiting will remove some moisture which dries out and kills mites, But not heat does not affect it and they will die before you get back into bed anyway, remember to wash your sheets if you are really worried, clear away any dead skin and other nasty stuff on your sheets and you'll be a lot better off..

Real Morning routine of a busy person: 1. Wake up 6 am running to the bathroom, do everything as fast as I can before another 4 people start knocking on the door... 2. Take iron and start meditating while ironing school uniforms of 3 kids and husband clothes... 3. Cook breakfast for 5 people while watching brain developing videos on you tube... 4. Wake up kids, send them to the bathroom, do their hairs, dress them and walk around screaming as nobody listens or do what I say - so I do breathing exercises with agitation, trying to come down. 4. Make school lunch and Pack kids bags working with my fingers very effectively instead of typing.... 5. Get kids out of the house with more screaming and breathing exercises and drive them to school. 6. Set goals for the day while driving back home with a screaming toddler in the car... 7. Make bacon and eggs smoothy for myself and have breakfast. 8. Take toddler out to the park or yard and get some vitamin D3 instead of supplements. 9. Come home feed toddler with more “breathing exercises” and put toddler to sleep. 10. More Washing, cleaning, cooking exercises till 12 pm. Beautiful Morning is over now busy afternoon and evening routines ... to be continued.....

Lol, you sound like people I know.... I avoid these people because is simple. Your doing all this stress and crap to yourself.... doing your kids hair... eating breakfast after you drop them off to school jeesus get your game back on point. Here’s answer to all your problems but it’s up to only YOU to apply it... Actually try! Because going by what you just said! Your screaming at your kids in the morning Jesus how annoying... Here’s an example you should try... honestly. Make scrambled eggs while there all asleep... or make them a bowl of cereal each... Once done place on counter and let them all know breakfast is on the table! Tell them to grab a jacket and get nice and cozy then say enjoy your breakfast kids As they eat.... YOU EAT! Lead by example. Once you all eat as a family! Head to school drop them off and say have a beautiful day.... Toddler in the back? Play some fun music for the baby so his having fun and you could even sing along with him. Oh look at that, your on your way home to a beautiful afternoon while sending your beautiful kids to school. Well done your a great Mum and keep at it

Summary: Do as many of these things as possible, in this order. 1) Recall dreams if you can remember them 2) Get out of bed and take the time to make it. 3) Go into the kitchen and have a large glass of water, and take any pills or vitamins you need to take. 4) Meditate for 15 to 20 minutes. 5) Excersise and wake up your body for a couple minutes. 6) I know it might be hard if you are used to hot showers, but try and take a cold shower. It will help you wake up. 7) Do your normal routine; for example brushing hair, teeth, ect. 8) Make some tea and, if you want, write a journal entry; just write whatever comes to your mind. 9) Make a to-do list. If you have a ton of things you need to do and don’t want to write them all out, a good strategy is to write 3 work/school related things you want to accomplish, and 3 personal things you want to accomplish. This may motivate you to get things done, and when you do get them done you will be happier. Also, other lists for personal improvement could help. 10) If you can, read for 20 to 30 minutes. 11) Make a a healthy smoothie. 12) Finally start your day and get to work. And again, it is often going to be near impossible to do all of these things with school or work. But try and do as many as possible, expecially on the weekend when you may have more time. That was a summary, but take time to watch the video as well.

This guys morning routine is what I basically do in a week
@themetalmonkey6 жыл бұрын
I do a version of this sans the reading part, I usually do that at night. But this overall morning routine will take about two hours of your morning. I wake up at 5 o’clock in the morning and have enough time. And for all those complaining and saying it’s pretentious, it’s a waste of time , you’ll be done the next night...it really is important. The reason is because you are setting up your tone for the day how things will go for you and to take care of yourself. Obviously if you can’t do the full two hours of this then cut it down to a manageable amount of time for yourself. In our U.S. society that is the last thing people tend to do, it’s not considered important to take care of oneself. People tend to always put others before them. It does not wrong to want to help others but remember to make time for yourself. You are important!
