Big thank you for making this video available. Very helpful and helped me to understand how these machines work and to find the issue and solve it. In my case (Bosch series 8 from 2018) the water level sensor elektrodes were ‘contaminated’ by fluff, which activated the switch. Cleaned the condensor and removed all the dust as well and the dryer is working flawlessly again. Thank you 👌

Hi great video I have a logic condenser tumble dryer just on a year old pump not empty water I did test it and was faulty I got another one and I installed it and still have the same problem ! I tested the power feed and it’s dead no power to the pump test the leads going to the motherboard and they are fine . Is it going to need a new motherboard or is it repairable? Thanks Phil

What triggers the pump? I have bench tested it and all is good, the pump turns on at machine startup and runs for about 30 seconds then stops and fails to restart even when the bottom container is completely full . The resistance across the pump terminals measured 0.8 K ohms,. Please Help

Hi I have same problem made a lead up to test pump and it runs fine and sends water up to tank but won't run off the washing machine itself did you find a solution for yours👍

I was feeding the water to a tank beside the dryer to use for window cleaning as it is distilled and leaves no residue but when this tank filled above the end of the tube it started to syphon water back into the dryer causing the float switch to shut the machine down. My easy fix was to make sure the end of the tube was not in the water using a clothes peg.
