The last guy who says there is no democracy in Ukraine, Germany, England and America, but says about his own country "You won't be in jail unless you're going to scream in the street, `Demolish the president`". 🤦🏼‍♀I live in one of those countries and can literally scream that into my president's face and nothing will happen.

I think it shows very well what propaganda can do. He doesn't sound stupid, just misguided by false information from sources that he thinks are trustworthy. As he says, ordinary people do not want war. He also thinks that it is the Ukrainians that bombs civilians, and therefor he does not like their leadership. I mean.. if that is what he is told by the news on TV and, it is hard to blame him for thinking that. He even says that he doesn't like countries that doesn't have democracy, and I guess that is understandable in itself. He has just been fed lies about his own countrys democracy and how it works in other countries.

Only 7% were against sending more weapons to Ukraine, while 3% said they weren’t sure. Even among the voters from the two most far-left wing parties in the parliament, 66% and 68% are in favor of donating more weaponry, while only 19% and 12% are against. The most left-wing of the two parties, that used to be against NATO and NATO membership have also changed their stand, now being all for NATO and a NATO membership, at least for the time being, due to Putin's invasion of Ukraine, for which they find no valid excuse.

I personally make between $221 to $385 just working one day a month, depending on the hours and day of the week, and my present job is nothing fancy with no degree required, even though I do have one. Here in Denmark we do not have minimum wage laws, and so the government stay out of the labor market and multinational corporations hold no political power around here, but we have very strong labor unions, which is also why even a multinational company like McD have to pay their unskilled burger flippers a minimum $22 an hour + 6 weeks fully paid vacation, fully paid sick leave, paid maternity leave, and a pension scheme.

Greetings from Romania! First time I ever heard a foreigner calling us sad! Maybe not smiling on the streets, but it seems to be Eastern European culture. Or maybe she visited Romania during some bleak winter days. If we don't smile at strangers does not mean we are sad. And economically at present we do so much better than Belorusia. And live in a free country. Anyway, great job, Daniil, and interviewing Belorussians gave me happier vibes than the Russian interviews.

@@fuchsiaswing8545 Nope. Before that ”revolution” it was way worse. I lived those times, when we needed to line up in huge queues to buy a package of butter, a liter of milk, some eggs, some meat etc. Not to mention the obligation to praise the leaders (or face beating, unemployment and/or prison for not complying). True, the first few years after the collapse of the communist regimes in Easter Europe were very bad - as after any crush; but once we bounced back things improved drastically.

Secondly, the people I talked to-albeit it in my mix of English and very basic Russian-were kind, honest, hardworking, and hospitable. It's my belief that Belarus has the potential in terms of resources, industry, industriousness, geographical location, and human capital to one day be one of the leading countries in Europe. If they're allowed to be, that is. All of that is reflecting here in the majority of this video. Would happily visit again and hope everything there will be as the majority of the people wish.

Many of them are very rational, saying they can't judge a country without even been there and countries are constantly changing. And it shows how media can influence their citizens as none of them even mentioned China. I'm Chinese mainlander, and that is very rare to see.

@@lucianboar3489 But when thousands of commentators under this and other similar videos decide that they certainly know better how people live in Belarus and Russia, you are unlikely to repeat your phrase. Calling other countries “disgusting and bad” for you and other people like you is normal, but when people said the same thing about your country, it’s not funny anymore, right? And how naive it is to think that in your country, in USA, in France, in UK etc everything is absolutely perfect, but in Russia and Belarus everyone is so sad and people live there badly, and in general they are all poor and unhappy there. So actively shout about propaganda in these countries, but forget that propaganda was, is and will be in all countries, and in yours too.

Yes, I love the ignorance. If the English, and the other European nations were locked up for complaining about the government, there would be millions of prisoners. Whereas, in Mad Vlad's Russia, they are locked up, or sent to fight in a war. Welcome back to the USSR.
