I think you want a Jeska's Will in the sb. It works well with vexing + echo and turns 5 mana + bwish into 7. Better with grid but i think it would be good to make your bwish potentially modal as a ritual.

Original Legacy Belcher with a single Tundra was what introduced me to combo decks, and I loved it immediately. Poor highschool me couldnt afford it at the time, and certainly can't easily afford it (in paper) now. This is so fun to see though, thanks for this. My favorite deck being revitalized is extremely awesome. Edit: I do play Modern Belcher though! And have been working hard to experiment with it and find new tech. Love belcher. Good fun and I like the interesting restriction it aims for.
