great review, however i did purchase this on a black friday deal half hazardly, and while I did smell the plastic and rubber on first start up after running through the tank that first time, i really had no issues after that, I saw some other people who wrote reviews and after startup it worked just fine! I have no idea, maybe luck just favored some and not others.

How did you get the little portafilter out mine is stucckkkk!

slide the portafilter around until the little bump lines up with the gap :)

I’ve actually owned this machine for about a month, and after the initial dumping as instructed my coffee tastes amazing. The machine is super user friendly for the cost. Your review is very far fetched 🥴

What brand or type do you prefer ?

It's a completely different price range, but I've had a couple of Philips machines and have really liked them. They grind the beans fresh and have different settings for store of coffee. I believe I have the 3300, but there are less expensive options available.
