Wish I could write just ONE SONG this good. I could die happy, singing my one song, so good that others around me and my deathbed, would sing it too, all of us with smiles on our faces. I miss that book shop! “Voltaire and Rousseau”. Used to hunt for cheap antique books whenever I went to Tchai Ovna tearooms next door while a poor student in Glasgow. Unbelievably, it is still there 20 years on and still owned by the same gentleman who doesn’t seem to age!
