you didn't fully explain that last exercise. What toe tap? I'm not clear on the breathing either.

Hi Nova, The toe tap comes in afterwards, in which the legs are lowered alternatingly until level with the bellicon frame and then raised up again. You should feel the muscles working, if it is too intense, you don't have to lower your legs so far. Breath in while lowering your leg and breath in while raising it slowly back up.

I think video should add toe tap since it is mentioned. Writing out the steps is not as good as seeing video

@@LaraDeAnn it's weird they cut off that last exercise. Hope they redo the end to demonstrate that last exercise.

@@belliconGmbHenglish did you mean breathe OUT while raising it slowly back up? Or is there a quick breath out then in again as we lift?
