Diet and proper supplementation are also important to the development of strong bones, without them you have no foundation to build bone and in some cases a poor diet you might cause you to draw calcium from your bones. Calcium, Vitamin D, Protein, Vitamin K2, Magnesium

How long do you recommend bouncing on the bellicon per session? I have no particular issues and enjoy rebounding so much that I could just keep going. I love my bellicon!!

Correct! Extra strong would be good if you intend on doing high intensity training however!
