I want to thank you for your courage. I gave birth 5 months ago. Instantly knew something was wrong. I have a mild issue. But the pain was what was making daily life awful. After work i would lay on the floor for hours and try so many things. These hypopressives and hip shaking. Daily prayer to my God have done more than medical Industry did. Thank you so much Flippa. When I get my taxes if its enough money I am getting your program thank you for helping me heal my vagina and broken ab muscles.

This practice felt so good to do in the morning before going to work! I must admit, it felt a bit awkward at first ( I felt like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz ).😂 You look beautiful in your golden outfit!🤩
