Hey Peter, this workout has helped to keep my body in condition, when I am not cycling. When I go back to riding after a gap, body doesn't show muscle fatigue and keep my breathe in control. Thank you for the video.👍

Been visiting your channel for about a year now, maybe a little longer and I just found this workout today. It's a slow-paced one but man, that doesn't mean it's not effective. The sweat is real and I'm glad to have found a new workout that I can grow with and challenge myself with. Thanks for this one!

I've always been naturally lean, but recently I've put on a few pounds for the first time in forever, so I went for a run, realised it was not enough and found this video...i sucked, I powered through it but I sucked, will try again tomorrow, hopefully, will do a little better next time.

I have a weird knee injury that doesn't allow for lunges in either direction. Squats, jumping jacks, and things like that feel fine. Lunges specifically hurt. Anyone have any suggestions in what I can do to replace lunges?

Depends on speed, try sprints of 30 sec and jogging of 10 sec try this schedule for 6 to 8 times
