20 reps of: Knee ups Leg raises Cycles Rest 10-20 seconds Reverse crunch Leg on couch crunches Hip thrusts Rest 10-20 seconds Cross crunch (10 each side) Reach and touch (10 each side) Cross leg reverse crunch (10 each side) Repeat 2 to 3 times TIP: To save time, do this routine just once but do each exercise to failure instead of just 20 reps

I remember watching this as a kid and after I did it I could see the lines for my abs. It’s been years now and my metabolism is faster and my body fat percentage is lower my abs already show daily now with no working out but I wanted some more definition on them and this made them look nice I’m gonna start doing it more often bc I don’t feel like going to the gym and this is faster 😂

This is just like super setting. I use push ups and dips b4 every work out. B4 every lift, I warm up with a hundred of the two. Super setting, I like to do my various push ups, immediately picking up 2 cinder blocks and carring them Farmers walk style to my dip bar, then back till my 100 of each is done. Then I lift. Trying build endurance. Oh, and I'm 52. Lol. I recently lost 116 lbs.

I watched this when I was in highschool almost 13 years ago. Back then I made the mistake of not taking enough rest days and my abs literally hurt for almost 2 months on end. Fast forward 3 months later and abs definitely started showing with good diet + exercise. Trust the process, this workout might seem primitive but it absolutely works

Add in rest days to help with recovery, but you can definitely use it as your main workout as much as you would like.

I fancy the hands Hanging (no sleeves) L Sit Flutter Kicks. as an all around compound 6 pack exercise to which you might add 5 kilos each ancle weights as progression. that is a bomb exercise.

Yoo Peter, I am here to say some really important stuff. It was 2017 or 18 I don't remember exactly, I wanted to build strength and also wanted to maintain the same weight. I saw this channel, and also signed upto by the email. I took some of the beginner workouts from different videos and came up with a simple but effective set of exercises. I think it was push-ups, jumping Jacks, planks and bench press. I did this 5 times each session. So in total 15 times. In 31 days I lost I think 15 kg's. Which was not my objective btw. I just wanted to build upper body strength. I dropped to like 70kg. Now I am back to like 90 😩, anyways I just wanted to thank you 😊, you saved my school days.
