It's just down to whatever works for each player. Kyle Troup feeds off the crowd energy and likes to make a show out of it. When I bowl, I like to sit in silence, put my mind out of my surroundings and just take it slow, like Jason does. There's nothing wrong or even cocky about either of them.

I personally knew Troupe. His father was Guppy Troupe, another fabulous PBA bowler. I met Kyle when he was a preteen and we bowled the same league with the kids. Hickory North Carolina AMC. Robert Laymen was the pro shop and we spent many hours bowling and yapping. Glad to see him bowling pros on Fox.
