There's tons of info out there. This info already exists...on Devon's channel...and others. Hell, check out Larry Wheels being coached by a dozen leading armwrestlers and LISTEN! Just pay attention when you watch ANY videos. There's a lot to learn. Even if it's during a real match. People like Neil Pickup explain what's happening in real time. You can learn a lot if you just pay attention. This is more straightforward, though...I guess.

Devon, I so want you to defeat leviathan Levan. I think you’ve got this. It was you that got my attention into arm wrestling and there’s no better ambassador for this sport. I’m ex UK special forces, just a little bit before your time I think by 4 or 5yrs, but I really wish I got the chance to meet you and work with you. As an instructor in the Canadian SF were you as chilled and as encouraging as we see in your practice pulling or was you a bit more direct and “aggressive”? There’s so many people look up to you, no pun intended, and admire you because you always have time for newbies and amateurs as much as the pros. It’s funny, thinking back now, the regiments motto is Who Dares Wins but we really lived by the 7P’s. It’s will be your dedication to the 7P’s that will give you victory.

It is insane how much skill and technique are involved in arm wrestling. Most people think it is just about who is stronger. Skill, technique, strategy, mind games and endurance are all every bit as or even more important than strength. Devon is so influential for the sport. He is single handedly growing growing the sport more than everyone else combined. I know there are many jealous of the money and attention he is getting, and it is only natural for people to have those feelings. I hope they understand that everyone in the sport is and will benefit from the attention he is bringing to the sport. People really should appreciate what he has and is doing. His greatness can not be overstated.

Oh and is it a good move to give away my wrist when I'm in a losing position against a top roller? It seems to help me stop my opponent, I usually give it away then try to move into a flop press position and then when I push into the center, I try to regain hand control and finish it with a top roll, it has been effective for me against someone a bit stronger.

I think I like armwrestling because it is an art of strength. You can out bench someone or out box someone but you can't really mix those two kinds of skills together, except for armwrestling.
