I really known you're able to read all the comments in here. You've got tons of videos to cope with the reaction of your fans. I've always known what arm wresting is, but only after coming across with your professional life and turned into a real enthusiast of the sport. Gosh! Nobody is like you. You are the really one who promotes the sports. You must have access to all kinds of gyms, but you keep teaching the basic to embrace and favor any practicioners no matter what financial situation is. You aren't the number one in 2019, but you'll always be the number one. Many play jokes saying you look superman. Just a joke. Seeing the essence of the word " you are a hero". Arm wresting needs to thank you. You are one of humblest sportman I've ever seen.

You know what works really well are those heavy black resistance bands that you can buy online. The black ones are 50lbs resistance each, and you can double and triple them up. I made a couple of anchors out of oak slabs where I connected a big eye bolt on one end, and a long carriage bolt on the other where I add metal plates 25lbs(45lb would be better) each and as many as it takes to keep it from sliding during whatever exercise I am using it for. I use it on a carpet so that also adds resistance to sliding, plus I have four small rubber feet screwed to the bottom of each anchor. I used the anchors because the variation in placement allows you to do virtually any type of exercise. I connect one of those handles used for the cable machines in the gym to the bands using push clips; a clip to connect band to anchor as well. I even made a special tool(one of a few) for supination and pronation where I took a short dowel with an eye screw in each end and tensioned between the two anchors via the bands. It worked pretty well and it's pretty rare to be able to do these type of exercises in your own home. I suppose it's a bit more set up than a lot of the stuff you are doing, but the anchors and bands are pretty decent as far as versatility being able to do things that are impossible with a barbell and dumbells, typical home stuff. Am enjoying watching the matches. I can't do it anymore. The last time I armwrestled at a bar and tore something in my shoulder, reinjured it and it still hasn't healed properly.

Actually in real life it is the opposite Russians usually have to resort to simple training routine with free weights and stuff like that while American athletes have all that technically advanced equipment and PEDs. For example Vitaly Laletin doesn't even have his own pulley station, he uses rubber resistance bands instead plus rubber hand grip rings and kettlebells to pump his fingers, wrists and hands.

The "KISS" principle in action! (KISS is an acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid" as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960.
