There's this girl I met online. She's pretty, smart, and definitely all you could ask for. She treats me well and sets our relationship on my pace. She always knows what words to say whenever my mind gets a little too messy and uncertain. The way she loves is beautiful; and who wouldn't fall for that? The thing is, they won't be completely gone in our minds (i.e. - lalayas sa isipan). They will always stay. However, your perception will change in time, depending on how you take action. Eventually, that person will visit your mind less often, and it won't be too painful anymore. Kung dati 100% painful, eventually it will be 15% pain AND 85% gratitude until such time na mawawala na totally yung pain. I hope those who are reading this, and are in the process of letting go will eventually have their suffering relieved, and move forward with life! :)

Hi, I just want to share this, but when I listened to elyu of ben and ben It reminded me of the days I was bullied. Since it took me years to get use to it, I was elementary when some people started bullying me because of my differences and for the capacity of my coping. I was a probinsyana and transfering to a well known place with people who are more advance is not easy, I had a hard time to adjust from a new environment, I got bullied because I was different and I was introverted since It was hard for me to socialize to people, My bullying experience stopped when I was in my high school days, grade 9 or 8. I suffered being bullied for about 8 yrs, It lowered my self esteem and confidence for myself, it gave me trauma especially in being sociable to people. Bullying affected my life so hard I cried so much, I was depressed not only from school but also with the other problems I have. It affected my mental health, I ask myself what was wrong with me, what was the reason bakit ayaw nila sa akin eh wala naman akong nagawa mali. Naisip ko na dahil ba probinsyana ako or hindi ako nakatira sa urban place at dahil masyado akong tahimikin. Right now, 1st yr college na ako pero I still have fear of people, lalo na at hirap ako mag-cope sa new environment, I always distance myself to people na nagbibigay ng negativity sa self ko. I sometimes like to have one friend only or two, ayoko mag group dahil minsan sila reason for bullying haha. Hanggang ngayon I still have the trauma in bullying, lalo na at uso na rin ang cyber. Even in my school rn I can still feel that meron paring ganun na mangyayari so I still have the trauma, pero I remember I survived bullying for how many years kung mangyari man ulit I'll face it or ignore them like I did before or step up. Ang hirap, maging victim ng bullying lalo na kung gusto mong kalimutan ang mga gumawa sa 'yo nun. It may not relate to elyu, but yes, ganun na rin, parang gusto ko rin kalimutan yung taong nag iwan sa akin ng trauma from bullying hanggang sa mawala na and i'll earn the confidence again of not being concious about the people around me. For bullying victims, hindi kayo nag-iisa, laban lang. You can get through those tough times kahit hindi madali. And for some people na nangbu-bully dahil lang mataas na sila aapakan na yung iba, just because matalino at may kaya eh mang-aapak na, walang mapapala ang pagde-degrade sa ibang tao, pag-isipan mo muna mga ginawa niyo dahil respect is earned and you can't be respected if you can't even respect others and degrade them. Aanhin ang katalinuhan kung mang maliit ka ng taong kaunti ang kaalaman. And for this song elyu, thank you ben and ben, because somehow it gave another meaning and boost myself from this struggles. And yes, mahirap makalimutan ang mga taong nabigay nang sakit and trauma sa 'yo pero sa huli you can do things by making them the reason of fighting. Hindi madali ang buhay pero kakayanin, we live not to please others but to learn to love the things that makes us stronger and to be a greater person sa huli. Okay lang magkamali, okay lang masaktan, pero kakayanin mo 'yan, u can do it. U can survive it, hayaan mo ang taong minamaliit ka dahil they are not contented with what they have and they are insecure of what you have that they can't, hindi mo kailangan I-proove sa kanila anong meron ka, dahil alam mong kaya mo kahit ano pang sabihin nila. Live your life of what you want to be, stay happy and be strong, because you were a survivor from the start, kagaya ko. And to ben and ben, thank you for the comforting songs. : ))
