Yes, I believe the Johnny's team had Vigor, strength, integrity, in pursuit of truth. Asking the right questions and pulling the truth out of Amber. Just hearing Amber answer the questions "no that's not true".....they are lying, the witnesses fir Johnny. The Hicksville man "I never seen him or met him" !! Her smug looks and sneers, while Johnny was on the stand. 🏔Johnny is free now from these heavy burdens.

@@bobbicatt now after the trial all of the behind-the-scenes are coming out, & I read a letter Ben had written Elaine where he was calling her out for basically lying & falsifying evidence over one of the many pre-trial motions.. & he mentioned that in the beg. he got a call from a local practitioner (fairfax, va) that was warning him about Elaine saying she has a rep in VA for playing dirty. Ben wrote he still tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she proved that to be true. He stood up for himself, & his team, and ended the letter w the same class he started it... Made me think about that whole incident w the juror/child of the juror - I felt like she knew that from day one, & this just solidified that for me! She is so much like her client it's gross🤥

@Asshats Love Johnny Depp!! Johnny Depp Es Racista!! No, miss A-hat. Johnny did not. You hate it that a woman lost. You're so completely biased you will never concede the fact that not only was that goldigging arze bomb physically abusing Johnny regularly, but, she had designs of taking his wealth, his name, and destroying him. It was Amber who purchased a rather large blade for JD. It was all fun between her and Josh Drew chatting about bring cutlery to take care of JD. You're at least as sick in your mind as she is. You actually "think" you know what's in others minds. You don't know your own mind.

I want to hear from Wayne Dennison also. He was super impressive. My favorite description of him is from Alex "Asmongold", who called him the Anti Wizard. He was able to quickly understand complex and diverse topics presented by some super bright and at times manipulative people, and get in to the granular details to pick them apart and poke holes in their arguments super effectively. His presentation style is also top notch. Reminds me of a tough detective from a Noire film. Wouldn't want to go up against him. He could convincingly make me doubt the sky isn't actually blue at all!

@@sl8605 yes. I thought and re thought everything I said before I said it. Apologized for innocent conversations that he twisted into something offensive towards him. I apologized for making him so mad he hit me, for small things like forgetting two pieces of ham on his sandwich. I had 18 years of practice from living with my abusive mother, I should have been an expert. But,abusers will always find something to "punish" their victims for. I've read so many comments from people who say that both Amber and Johnny were abusive. She physically and mentally abused him and he verbally abused her. In most of the audios he is trying to de-escalate the situation. Very few times he actually says anything back to her. And if/ when you finally feel empowered to say something to your abuser, you have a lot to say.

I think it was a professional choice and a lose lose lol. Not justifying it and not saying she chose right but on one hand, if she gave any appearance of hopping off her clients sinking ship then prospective employers would possibly (in her mind) less inclined to hire her in the future. Obviously, she was playing to the minority of people who side with amber. Probably crazy 3rd wave feminists whod appreciate blaming the patriarchal system etc.

I have a huge question so first I can't believe the audacity of her team to accuse those jurors (who would likely have rathered a root canal) of dishonesty. It was HER TEAM that brought FB to the witness stand. They didn't have to go looking for it, they put it right there into evidence for them! Now my question is if they were the ones who entered all that Social Media testimony into evidence, then could they ever for ANY reason base their appeal on the grounds a juror may have seen something on social media before-during-or after the trial? Is that possible? BC I would think they've got about a snowball's chance in hell of being successful in an appeal by any other means besides default

I agree. I was listening to a recording and I began to cry. I couldn't imagine someone doing that to my son. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing. The constant emotional rollercoaster he was on would drive any person to over indulge in alcohol and drugs. People use substances to escape what has happened or happening to them. She wanted to destroy and defeat him. He isn't the first man to be abused and will not be the last. WOMEN need to be held accountable for their actions. Abuse has NO gender...I stand with Domestic Survivors...❤

The trial wasn't about "bad behavier" of both of them to each other. Watch the name of this trial!. Apparently She didn't even , mention the abuse. Our Johnny, wanted to clear his name. Has he ? All I thinking now is : how could you "behave" like that, towards this young lady? And yes....get away with it. How sad for him and for her. Abused is there in all levels of our Society. One is the abuser and proclaims alwayas, that He or her is always a VICTIM. Sad.

It was her" fault"; when He" behave " and.. we all saw it...when He, our loved Johnny, to give one example; alwayas; on those videos, we saw it ,we heard how... He ...spoke to her and alwayas IN "ENGLISH " so sad. Two intelligent loved actors, living in theirs top of theirs WORLD. How sad is this?

@@anaelssyperlaza6020 what are you saying? Both of these statements are so confusing I have no idea what you are trying to say. I do know that JOHNNY never said he was provoked. Just because the commenter said that, doesn’t mean he said that. He never claimed to be “provoked”. It’s the posters point of view. Amber's team had what Amber provided. Her lawyer says there was so much more evidence that wasn't allowed in this trial compared to the UK trial. Well anything not allowed in this trial was because it wasn't credible. Ben chew also said there was so much more evidence in this case than in the UK trial. And let's not forget, Johnny only lost the UK case because the judge was bias. The judge and his wife were close personal friends of the Murdoch family who own the Sun, specifically Rupert Murdoch, the judges son Robert Palmer worked for a sister company to the Sun, there's a Murdoch family member on the board of directors at Tesla which is owned by Elon Musk who was dating Heard at the time. This judge justice nicols was hand picked for this case to make sure Johnny didn't win. If it wasn't for this injustice, Johnny would have won the UK trial too because no evidence of physical or sexual abuse exists because they never happened. Heard was someone who documented anything and everything she could to make Johnny look bad. If he repeatedly punched and slapped her with the big chunky rings on which she herself said she never knew him not to wear than she would have had a seriously injured face beyond being recognizable but she didn't have pictures because they didn't exist because it didn't happen.

The statement at 27:32 is ludicrous. Elaine Bredehoft was completely unprofessional to throw the judge and jury under the bus after the verdict on national television. Depp’s team just pulled her under while rolling out with their response. All Amber and Elaine do is project their own failings and lies - THEY are the ones who demonized their opponent, for example. Elaine is a sloppy, unprofessional attorney - her opening and closing statements were manic and disorganized, she argued with the judge instead of approaching for a sidebar, she mocked Johnny’s voice and then refused to answer questions posed in her post-verdict interviews (claiming, hilariously, that one of Amber’s first statements after her loss was that she was “so sorry for all those women out there b/c this is a setback” - no one with connected brain cells believes Amber ever said that). Their dishonesty and hypocrisy is staggering.
