I sing my girlfriend who suffers from a severe depression to sleep every night this song. I just side right beside our bed with my guitar and I play it while looking at her eyes. The first time I saw her eyes when singing this to her I knew she was the one I loved and she just slowly drifter away calmly, something that usually would only happen if she took sleeping pills I now help her calm down her little restless heart to sleep. My dad had a large playlist full of hundreds of songs on a cd he’d move it around the house to play in the kitchen and then in the car. Played this song at my wife's funaral yesterday. She was only 33 been married for 12 years 3 kids. We loved this song. We live in Devon and surfed the same spots as Ben Howard. Saw him live at Boardmasters last summer. Awesome.
