I’ve actually been practicing this exact version now for so long. My fiancé doesn’t know but instead of the traditional wedding music, I’ll be playing this on piano and singing as she makes her way to me at the alter. She knows how bad my stage fright is, but I want to show her that for her I’ll lay it all out there.

This is completely transformative. When Sinatra sings it, it's obviously about a man who is in love with a girl who drives him a little crazy. From my perspective, it transforms the original meaning into a song about the perspective of someone who is frustrated by the fact that he is infatuated with someone who he knows is terrible for him. Aside from the topic of attraction to toxic relationships, it also opens up the interpretation into a much wider scope that could also include the sad reality of the mentality of those who have fallen prey to drug abuse. Truly creative, innovative, and an excellent discussion piece by an artist with a high degree of understanding in his art form.

I’ve been listening to this song for 4 years already and still cry each time. The reason why is because I think of a woman I haven’t met in person yet but loved my whole life and secretly call her my wife. I haven’t seen her in person, yet I already know and feel her in my soul (In the heart of Me) . Because I’ve seen this person in my dreams so many times and felt her in my heart and thoughts for so many years, I can’t love anyone else freely because I know they are not “Her” and I think I won’t be able to love anyone else but “Her” for the rest of my life. I always tell myself that when I meet her I’ll recognize her and she will recognize me because our souls know one another very well. I’ve got her under my skin . she’s my soulmate. I know this may sound crazy , corny and stupid or even weird to anyone else who hears it, that’s why I can never share this with anyone that I know personally because they probably won’t understand and make me feel worse. So I listen to this song , silently think of her on my alone time and wait for the day I get to meet her. Where ever you are dream girl just know “I’ve got you under my skin”. I love you ❤️

Sometimes there is someone deep in your heart. You don't know their name or face, but you know their soul, their essence. You walk down the street and hope that they will cross your path. You feel an invsible string tugging onto your heart, like someone is calling you to them. It's like a part of your soul, is under someone else's skin. Under the skin, I know we are the same. We are made from the same matter. Our soul was split into two when we came here and we are destined to walk around earth like fools, searching for eachother. We try to mask it up. "I'm not looking for my other half, but for my other full." we say to others, hoping that we will convince ourselves that we can be fulfilled without the missing part of our soul. Sometimes this kind of love is too pure and too foreign for this world. If you're reading this tonight and you're in search for your missing parts, let fate take the wheel. Good luck.

This song remind me of a love affair that last for over 50 years this past June. Unfortunately his wife past away May 21, 2019. But that love is still strong in her three children and her loving husband. Rest now momma from your son whom miss you eveyday.

Lyrics I've got you under my skin I've got you, deep in the heart of me So deep in my heart that you're really a part of me I've got you under my skin I'd tried so, not to give in I said to myself this affair never will go so well But why should I try to resist when baby I know so well I've got you under my skin I'd sacrifice anything come what might For the sake of having you near In spite of a warning voice that comes in the night And repeats, repeats in my ear Don't you know, little fool You never can win Use your mentality Wake up to reality But each time that I do just the thought of you Makes me stop before I begin 'Cause I've got you under my skin I would sacrifice anything come what might For the sake of having you near In spite of a warning voice that comes in the night And repeats how it yells in my ear Don't you know, little fool You never can win Why not use your mentality Step up, wake up to reality But each time I do just the thought of you Makes me stop just before I begin 'Cause I've got you under my skin Yes, I've got you under my skin

This is a song close to my heart. A song that got me through the toughest moments of my degree. A song that brought me closer to the people I love around me. I just want to thank you for your voice and your sound. It's been more inspiring than you will ever know. More than anything it helped ease my anxiety and I will always be thankful for that. When you said, "Wake up to reality" and that instrumental beat at the end...wow. Thank you. And a big virtual hug because you changed things for me.
