My 2nd oldest grandson graduated from US Marine boot camp in April and will be going into the cybersecurity field of training. He is at home right now working with the recruitment officer until his school starts. We will be driving to Virginia in Dec to our son's place to spend Christmas. Our daughter will go with us so she will get to see her brother again after several years of not seeing him.

When using a rasp grater, just hit it on the bowl and most of the ginger etc will come off.
