Very nice tutorial !🤗 I would add that to start it's maybe safer to learn first to send the kiteloop only for the landing , few metres above the sea. Then when being more confy one send at the peak of the jump. It may prevents big crash for beginners. Thank you very much🤗

one extra MASSIVE TIP! only rotate/complete the first kiteloop say 340% not a full 360% or to 11 o,clock, This way when you push out the bar for the landing loop you will get more lift when you pull in. (soft landing) do this only if its a second kiteloop on landing/finishing. If your finishing/landing with a downloop, rotate the first kiteloop to just passed 360% say 1pm then pushout the bar. then pull in again, once again the landing will be soft. This method took me ages to figure out, and is not mentioned anywhere on line, so simple but saves your knees and ankles from hard landings.
@Ryy222 жыл бұрын
So what you are saying is to not completely finish the kiteloop but only 90% for a softer landing? I am trying to figure out exactly what you’re saying but it’s hard to decipher what you mean exactly haha. And i dont quite fully understand what you mean with your second paragraph. Pull in after 1 o clock? Please help, my knees are getting busted lmao

This is the best how to kite loop out there! I watched it a few times, head out to the water, super motivated and did like 20 loops on my first session! He is absolutely right, it is easy, if you commit and are prepared to land fast down wind. Thanks a lot Benjamin! :)

Great tutorial again! 👍 On my 10 metre loops feel to me less strong when not fully powered and bar sheeted-out a bit. Most say kiteloop need to be done fully sheeted-in. Do you find the more powered the kite is the less pull the loop makes? Do you depower the kite before kite looping or do you leave as you would normally ride? Cheers!

There's a video out there for a low-wind back loop start (the guy in Tampa). I haven't tried it yet; partially because you need to be away from shore and when I'm out in the bay I just want to get back up; not try anything tricky.

Hey Ben, gutes Vid. :P P.S. Maybe you should also add, that the rider should watch the kite while looping, too make sure the kite is in the right position before stoping the rotation. This is because, when loopbeginners hit a gust early in the loop, they always falsely think the kite is through with the loop and stop the rotation although the kite is only 3/4 of the rotation. This mostly ends in a horrible crash!!
