Wait until you're hitting 5-6 reps of 90 before you try 100. I think you're getting close 💪

I would say 10-12, and then he might be able to hit 100 for 3-5.

@@Rotatingchip if he’s looking for the 1RM then he just needs 5-6 reps of 90 before trying. I can bench 100 for 5 and can also bench 110 for a 1RM

@@Rotatingchip yes would like to just more than one rep as train 7-10 reps usually around 75-80kg for better hypertrophy and stay lean that way looking forward to the challenge

I could of got 1 or 2 more but would of lost my form n had to arch my back to do it will keep going until get the 100kg looking forward to the challenge thanks for watching mate
