Wow, 12 years ago is when I just began hearing about bioenergetics. I think it's still very little known but we're working on it 👍 Are you a bioenergetic therapist?

A week or so ago I went to the gym and did push ups, and a guy I was with was looking at me and said bro look at your feet. So I looked into the mirror and they were literally shaped in the form of an L, slight separation between them, and I didn't feel that while doing the set. I said that and he was like go to the doctor. So Lowen might have been onto something, although probably not in the oedipal trauma way he thought of at the time.

Yeah, isn't it amazing how we don't even notice! I see a lot of people jogging with such terrible form and it makes me cringe a bit just thinking about the pain they're going to experience because of it.

@@HealingHouse88 Didn't even make that connection, I have terrible running form and just now realized that might be connected to this stuff, you can't really run if your legs are tense and you don't feel them. And for the longest time I thought it was just because I was sedentary, but being active certainly would've helped.

@@hypatch8014 yup and then it really gets wild when we learn how that affects our psychology and how we relate to others. I'd recommend going through my course. It starts from the ground up to release all the neurotic holding patterns.

If not, then do grounding exercises but also use a foam roller to release tension in your legs. A dowel for your feet. A massager can help too for your legs.
