i tried veganism, didnt work... i went full carnivore...its important to understand that theres a huge difference in eating fast foods, and even conventional meats raised in feedlots..i switched to grass fed and all local pasture raised animal products... its important to understand, not just what foods you eat.. its more important to understand nutrient balances.. a huge cause of inflammation is omega 6 fatty acids... most humans have a 17:1 ratio or higher of omega 6s to omega 3s...
@chrism.17493 жыл бұрын
Essentially, the origin of your food matters just as much as the food itself. I find that there’s very little ingredients that should be avoided indefinitely, like corn and soy. Just one question since I’m considering carnivore, should I worry about mucus from all the eggs, tissue, and organs? I’ve seen almost every vegan stress the elimination of mucus clogging up arteries.

Important point about the hormones in milk. And one important point to know, is that cheese & butter has 10-14x the hormones of milk. As its just condensed dairy fat. The fattier the dairy product is, the more hormones it has. And natural hormones, so organic free range raw grass fed full fat dairy has even more hormones. Processed low fat milk has less hormones. But cheese causes real issues in humans, and if you also consume milk. You are intaking in huge amount of hormones, and real potent mammalian hormones.
@leorising80744 жыл бұрын
nobody nowhere please clarify “hormones”. What hormones, why are these hormones “bad”? Humans also have hormones so we need to take in hormones to heal our hormones. The vegan diet will run its course eventually. Have you ever heard of the milk protocol, where lots of different people are healing their gut issues with milk?
@Nobody-Nowhere4 жыл бұрын
@@leorising8074 Because our body maintains a homeostasis when it comes to hormones. That's why you run into issues if you introduce excess hormones into your diet. The major hormone being estrogen, but your also get things like IGF-1 and cortisol.

@@leorising8074 "Dairy Food Intake Is Associated with Reproductive Hormones and Sporadic Anovulation among Healthy Premenopausal Women " Total and high-fat dairy food intakes were positively associated with serum luteinizing hormone concentrations. @@leorising8074 "Exposure to exogenous estrogen through intake of commercial milk produced from pregnant cows. " CONCLUSIONS: The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk. "Dairy food intake in relation to semen quality and reproductive hormone levels among physically active young men" Total dairy food intake was inversely related to sperm morphology (P-trend = 0.004). This association was mostly driven by intake of full-fat dairy foods. The adjusted difference (95% confidence interval) in normal sperm morphology percent was −3.2% (−4.5 to −1.8) between men in the upper half and those in the lower half of full-fat dairy intake (P < 0.0001), while the equivalent contrast for low-fat dairy intake was less pronounced [−1.3% (−2.7 to −0.07; P= 0.06)]. Full-fat dairy intake was also associated with significantly lower percent progressively motile sperm (P= 0.05).

Cow milk actually is very light on our stomach and good for heart and cholesterol problems too.. but milk or milk products may cause reaction with meat and non veg products ... Respect his points but here are mine that worked for me: #1 rule - Cut these two poisons from your diet; refined sugar, and cooking oil. Eat whole food, veggies, fruit, meat preferably white meat. Avoid processed stuff like sausages and so on. Drink only water. Sleep enough. And of course keep doing body weight exercises.

Do you need to take vitamin supplements when you go vegan?
@elliswilliams10504 жыл бұрын
If you eat a balanced diet then mostly no. I'd recommend taking Vitamin b12 supplements and Vitamin D, even if you're not vegan these are recommended. Also note that Vitamin B12 is fortified in a lot of foods like cerceal and shit. And if you have darker skin and live in the cold, vitamin D is very important as your skin won't absorb it from the sun as well. It's really not that hard to go vegan though... 1yr+ strong 🌿🥑

You have to replace the meat, not just take it away. Thats the trick. Vegan diet will always require a bigger volume of food to reach the same amount of calories as a standard diet.
@Nvrr04 жыл бұрын
You need to add dense foods when going vegan, replace with healthy fats, avocado, hummus , hemp etc seeds. Beans lentils , Brown rice or quinoa. Eat sweet potatoes, plantains. You won’t be hungry . Don’t just eat fruits and salads , many ppl fail because they don’t eat enough or the right foods, veggies and fruits are great but you have to add the other items I stated before to feel good and thrive
