Yes! Regular exercise tends to improve the body's metabolism, making it better in producing energy from the foods we eat, and breaking down fats to produce energy from them during fasting periods. But if you're trying to lose weight, your goal should still be to eat less calories than you're going to burn that day.

You need a video on diet. You can't out exercise a bad diet especially if you only jog 20 minutes a day.
