Went for my annual checkup and learned the clinic is going to be implementing a new program using food to improve health (DUH), and my provider said I'd be an ideal candidate for that program once they're ready to begin. I told her I'd found a good website to check for reactions with my prescriptions and she said she was glad I knew to consider that - she's had patients who didn't think of it and had serious interactions, including kidney failure! She also said she has access to a ton of information that I probably don't, so I could let her know about anything I was thinking of incorporating and she'd make sure it wouldn't be an issue. I'm blessed to have such an open-minded provider working in a clinic that mostly follows standard western medical practices...and I plan to make a long list of of herbs I might potentially use in future, so I'll know from the start if they're safe for me.

So did my mom. My mom and dad were German and born and raised in Germany. I absolutely loved her poppyseed roll cake. She also made a bread pudding type thing with day old bread rolls, hot milk, sugar and poppyseeds that was refrigerated and we ate Christmas Eve. I make that now. Miss my Mom.

My poppy seeds went rancid before I could use them all (1 lb) so I had to throw them away. Lesson learned and passed on; poppy seeds is one of the seeds that can be frozen. From now on I’m going to put a small amount in my pantry and the rest in the freezer until I need them. I make a poppy seed dressing we both love but I’m going to start adding them to many recipes knowing all the benefits of them . Thanks so much.

Ha ha! I love putting Poppy Seeds in my Banana Bread or Pumpkin Loaf. I prefer them to Walnuts. So i would make 1 loaf with nuts for family and 1 with Poppy for me. I increaeed my poppy seeds and found out? They CAN get hot like Black Pepper! 😅 So i stopped using it in such a large portion!

Thank you so much for your extremely informative videos. I'm not sure if you're familiar with He shou Wu (fermented foti root powder) but it is extremely worthy of your research. we buy it. We buy it by the pound from Starwest Botanicals and take 2 000 capsules a day, one in a.m. and one in p.m. It is changing my husband's hair from white back to black. He Is 73. We are getting younger at all times thanks to God first of all Who told us about this and his beautiful herbs which are for the service of man. God bless you again and thank you so much for sharing the things you are learning. 🙏✝️🕊️🔥👑🥰
