Sir i dont have any addiction n i also maintain oral hygiene still black stain appears on my teeth. Even after dental cleaning of teeth within three months it comes again. What is the root cause of that black stain of the teeth?

Sir mere dant me niche bhot bara pash ban gya uske bad bahar se hol karke rim nikl gya lekin abhi bhi fresh me jo hadi hota hai isme sujan hai or oh bajr hai keya ham isi me rct kar wa sakte hai pls bataiye

Hello sir me jese hi sweet khati hu mujhe gum me swelling hoti h Or thread flossing krne pr bleeding hoti h but sweet na khau to no problem mere gums last year me very light pocket hua tha to deep cleaning krwa tha but recers na ho problem to kya care kru
