हमारे पुरखे ऐसे ही नहीं कह गए हैं, कि जो खाए चना, सदा रहे बना। भुने चने के बारे में ऐसी जानकारी मुझे मिली कि पहले मैं भुने चने हमेशा खाया करता था। फिर मुझे लगा कि भुने चने में पता नही कोई विटामिन्स भी होती है या नहीं। भिगोया चने तो सब जानते व खाते हैं, पर भुने चने की जानकारी मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगी। 🙏🙏

सर मै 5 सालों से कब्ज से परेशान था मैने एक से बढ़ कर एक्सपर्ट्स से मिला और उन्होंने कई सारी जांच करवाए और तमाम प्रकार की दवाईयां और सिरप दी और जब तक दवा ले तब तक ठीक रहे लेकिन पूरे तरह से नही कई बार जाना पड़ता फ्रेस होने लिए तब जाकर पेट सफा होता था जब मैने यह विडियो 01/01/24 देखा तो मैंने भूना हुआ चना खाना स्टार्ट कर दिया लगभग 15 दिनों मेरा कब्ज ठीक होने लगा और 30 दिन मे पूरी तरह से मेरी समस्या जड़ से ठीक हो गई अब मै बहुत खुश रहता हूँ सर आप बहुत अच्छा मार्ग दर्शन किया बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद 🙏 कहने को तो बहुत कुछ है लेकिन क्या करे अपनी भावनाओ को मैसेंजर से लिखने में घण्टों - घण्टों लग जायेंगे सच में मेरी पूरी जिन्दगी बदल गई चना मेरे जिन्दगी मे वरदान है जिन्दगी के 5 - 6 साल न तो मै जी पाया और न मर पाया

Anurag Phaji I still remember when i passed my 12th exam in 2004 after that i joined health club in punjab near to my home, then Gurh and Channa was my first food which one i started to consumed as my zym diet. My friend's and me take this diet everyday and when we came back after workout we bought paneer which costs around 20-30 Rp/ with a packet of Verka full cream milk having with Orange flavored toffees to make the tastes better 😂 those days was amazingly beautiful and that time we don't know about any High protien foods like nowdays but we only know, 🐐 Bakra has more power then kukkarh.. So we cooked Bakra instead of desi kukri once in a week 💓👊🏾😂 Thanks so much To made my day better. 🙏

मैं पैदल यात्रा पर जाता था तब हमें सुबह सुबह भुने चने और गुड़ दिया जाता था, लेकिन उस समय मुझे पता नहीं था कि क्यों दिया जाता है। लेकिन प्रतिदिन 40 - 50 km चलते थे फिर भी थकान महसूस नहीं होती थी। शाम को डांस प्रोग्राम भी होता था फिर भी थकान नाम की कोई चीज नहीं होती थी। लेकिन घर की जिम्मेदारियों ने सब भुला दिया कि कब क्या खाना है , मैंने आज ये वीडियो देखा है, आज से भुने चने और गुड़ खाना शुरू करूंगा। गुड़ भी बिना सोडा वाला।
