Note that as of 1/21/2025, all guests (on-site or off-site) are eligible to buy Lightning Lane Premier Pass at WDW. Prior to 1/21/25, this was restricted to on-site guests only. Off-site guests will be able to purchase LLPP 3 days in advance, whereas on-site resort guests retain the 7-day in advance purchasing window.

Great info! And yes, international guests used to be able to have their magic bands shipped to their resort for pickup but sadly they no longer offer that

Dang, yeah I thought I recalled you could pick them up at the hotel front desk but didn't see that listed anymore. That's such a bummer!! Thanks for confirming!
