I do a nap every weekend for 1 hour, but on others' days, i napp for just 15 minutes to relax and feel in good shape. it is including in my daily routine since i was younger😊.

I often take a nap at lunch time, before having a lunch. I think a nap for 15-20 mins would push my energy a lot after long hours working in front of computer sceen or paperwork. After a nap, it's better time for me to have lunch then have a light walk around the canteen or outside. Then, I'm ready for the next shift.

I usually take a nap for an hour and a half or even more every day. However, after napping, I often feel tired and lazy so I don't want to do anything. After watching this video, I think I need to adjust the length of napping if desire to make my life better and more effective.

I think a nap could be the best way to recharge energy. In my case, sometimes I only sleep 4 hours and when I feel drowsy during the afternoon I can't stand my mood 😂 then It's nap time 😂❤ Although, my routine doesn't allow doing frequently 😔.
