Ran a half marathon as well yesterday. Didn't plan on PBíng since it was a somewhat slow course with 3 km of beach, but things went off fast (for me) and I scraped of a 1:35:07 time. Previous PB was 1:36:11 on a much faster course so I will smash it again soon. Thanks for the inspiration Ben, you're one of my favourite YT runners.

I didnt think there were hills in Amsterdam...I ran the full Marathon and I had the exact same thought. It might be considered a flat course overall but goes through many short steep ups and downs. Cumulatively it takes a lot on the legs.
