Central Govt should've started promoting tier 2 cities for IT Hubs about 10 years ago & given tax incentive to firms that set up base there (Jaipur, Indore, Mysore, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Gandhinagar etc.) Now the big cities have fked up so much due to overcrowding that quality of life & inflation are the worst in the country. Allowing diversification of cities to grow into job hubs would've delayed this problem by several decades.
@MidhunGKurup-i5r2 ай бұрын
Companies have the ability to offer their employees the option to work from home. By doing so, we can significantly reduce the amount of traffic congestion that we currently experience on a daily basis. This means that the usual traffic jams and delays that many people face during their commutes could become a thing of the past. With fewer cars on the road, not only would travel times improve, but the overall stress and frustration associated with commuting would also decrease. This shift could lead to a more efficient and pleasant work-life balance for everyone involved.

I am not from Karnataka State but I know Bangalore City well.I am ready to give some valuable suggestions regarding improvement of Bengaluru. Main points are: 1. Transportation 🚌 2. garbage disposal 🗑️ 3. Parking 🅿️ 4. City planning 🌆 5. Construction 🚧 More people are coming to Bangalore because,Bangalore is a good City.In the beginning people are flowing to Bangalore from southern states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andra Pradesh. Now scene changed,the people from north Indian states flowing. Bihar,UP, Bengal, Assam........etc. The infrastructure for Karnataka people also not available in Bengaluru.Then all other states people also coming to City, there's a big planning needed.I will say still time' is there to solve big issues of City like Bengaluru.

Those suggesting public transport - it’s equally congested this traffic is the symptom of over population Bangalore’s population capacity is breached that’s the thing plus for a traffic to flow there should be no water logging or mis hap in drainage system yet that’s exactly what is happening the spread of dengue is surely from inefficient drainage system I even see rats lying dead on footpaths 😢

The issue seems to be lack of infrastructure planning and design. In Germany they have a machine which moves the median barrier depending on the traffic flow. There are also other issues like the lack of roundabouts and having too many roads joining the highway, lack of service roads and very poor vehicle performance which reduces the velocity of traffic flow etc. If the government opens ferries for vehicles and goods through inland waterways it could solve some of the problems.
