I like the Rebel; more practical and most likely more durable because it's naturally aspirated (just a personal preference). Probably better as a daily driver too - for on-road driving, which most people will only be doing anyway. But wouldn't it be cool if they designed a Rebel with some of the characteristics of the TRX? That would probably be the best of both trucks... A mild supercharger and a modified suspension for the Rebel, perhaps. A nice clean review/comparison (as always)!

Brain wins! Rebel is not cheap. Perfect for daily driving, also for off road when needed! What's not talked about at present is the rapid increase in gas price recently. I don't expect a decrease any time soon! I f the trend continues for some time expect decline in truck sales.

I have the 2021 Rebel with air suspension. Why do you not like it? It is super smooth on the road. Only issue I am running into is the cost if I wanted to lift the truck.

I went with the AT4 with the Duramax . Super happy with my choice. Personally, I feel the AT4 is the better truck but the rebel has a better screen lol

If you care about towing, get the duramax at4. If you are looking for a daily driver with an amazing interior then get the rebel. They are pretty evenly matched offroad but the at4 is higher off the ground. The rebel has an electronic locking diff in the rear instead of the g80 in the gmc.

I bought the 2021 rebel 4x4 will most of the bells and whistles 5.7 hemi I wanted this engine but didn't have alot of the trims I wanted .... im get 6-7mpg city .. orange county 11mpg hwy I kinda wish I had the trx since gas mpg looking the same but yea with everything I want it was like 123k.... so 50k more then my rebel .. I got my rebel for 70k sun roof lane asst.brake assist 4in lift parking asst tow hooks sprayinbed . Rambo sunroof. wireless charger 12in touch screen catback exhaust silver tips skidplates blah blah just explaining because someone's gonna comment wtf so much for a truck blah blah ... because I didn't by stock and want to fix up everything separately... I just wanted as much as I can have done already on the truck . save me time since corona slowed everything down

I drive a 2021 Rebel and in no way do I feel it is luxary-ish and if you doubt the off road capabilities then you should go and watch some of the KZbin videos out there that show just what the Rebel can do on trails down in Moab. You are starting to come off as a bit of a snob, in that if you cannot afford a TRX then you are 2nd class.

@@Loveall247 Have to recommend the Ram. Best interior by a long shot, and it rides the best. Suspension is the smoothest and you can't even feel the transmission shift. People bitch about reliability but consumer data ranks all 3 trucks to be of similar reliability.

How did I not know that the TRX bashing wasn't going to start once this happened. Omg people nowadays are so quick to pass judgment on a vehicle just because it broke.😠🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Fyi guys it is a new vehicle not only that but it's a first year model of the trx. With a first year model you always tend to have the most issues anyone with an IQ higher then that of a hamster knows that. Also bear in mind he also has another that will be of even more useful to him. Can anyone guess what it is? No not surprised😅 it's called a warranty ding ding ding. That's right his truck is still under warranty so the shop can bring it in and find out what's going on with the truck and fix it. I just wish people would use common sense when they post dumb comments on videos. And to those who said that the Raptor is a more reliable vehicle sure now it is. However when the was redesigned for the 2017 model year it had some issues of it's own. First year model's tend to have the most issues just remember that.

I wish Ram brought a lower end version of the TRX with the SRT 6.4L V8 and price it between the 50-60K, then RAM can take my money :) Just the hellcat engine alone cost around 30K, however I drive almost 100 miles to work so this is not a viable option, I can survive 18-21 mpg on my Charger Scat Pack but not 10 mpg :S Another route Ram can go is to update the regular Rebel with the TRX Appearance package that can include a Wide Body package with the 6.4L V8 Optional and also add the Bilstein adaptive suspension as an option, then Ram can also take my money :)

They’re all off-road trucks if I has 4x4. We don’t all have disposable income. Not all of us drive our trucks like a 10 year old playing with a tonka tuck. Do us all a favor and quit abusing valuable resources that these trucks are made of and buy a quad or Utility terrain vehicle. Even that ur not doin this country or planet any good.
